Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping: Currently available to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping takes 7-14 business days and starts at $29.99.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.
You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, please contact our support team at support@weddinginvitationgenerator.com.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's management office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll file a claim with the shipping carrier.
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address after ordering but before shipment, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
We understand that wedding planning can be unpredictable. Our rush service combines expedited production with overnight shipping to get your invitations to you as quickly as possible.
